Great views and clean room, but outdated furniture and thin walls made for noisy nights.

I truly enjoyed the peaceful ambiance of Chalet Inn. The lovely mountain view from our room added to the relaxing experience, and I appreciated the clean facilities and friendly staff who made me feel so welcome during my stay.
Lack of accessible amenities for seniors could improve.

The mountian view from our room was spectacular, made the mornings worth waking up for. Plus, the fireplace was a nice touch, really made the chilly nights comfortable.
Didn’t come cheap but it’s acceptable.

This spot was a cool find! It’s just a couple of blocks from all the fun downtown, perfect for a family gathering. We loved taking quick trips to Ober Gatlinburg Ski Area, too. The vibe was chill and there were great views with just the right amount of space for us cousins.
My wife says that the steep hill made walking back a hassle. It would be great if they had a shuttle service or at least provided clearer driving directions to ease the climb for families with kids.

The view from our King room was breathtaking, mountains stretching endlessly. We even spotted a bear roaming nearby during our evening walks, living life on the edge like we were.
It wasn’t exactly a bargain, but for what we got, it was still decent enough.

My stay was nothing short of amazing! The King Room with Mountain View had breathtaking views of the Smokies right from our window—can you say ‘Instagram goals’? Plus, the spacious living area and cozy fireplace made it feel like home away from home!
Strongly recommend! ❤️❤️

Good vibes, but room needs love
We spent 2 nights in a deluxe room and the views were just awesome! The staff were super friendly and the picnic area was a nice touch for some outdoor hangout. However, the room was a bit outdated with lots of wear and tear. Plus, the hot water in the shower was kinda iffy. Overall, not what we expected from the pics online.

The best part was the stunning mountain view from our room! 🏞️ The room was spacious and clean, but the outdated decor could use some love.

The stay was delightful with quick access to attractions like Ripley's Aquarium and Ober Gatlinburg. The stunning mountain views from the room were a highlight, and it was so nice to have our pet along for the adventure.
In my wife’s opinion, the lack of a swimming pool was disappointing. Some family-friendly amenities would really enhance the experience for guests traveling with children.

The room was clean and provided ample space for us. The balcony offered privacy and an enjoyable view of the mountains, making it ideal for relaxation.
The fireplace was a good feature, but it could take some time to warm up the room.

Great views but requires cleanliness upgrades
I enjoyed the gorgeous mountain view from my balcony, which made mornings truly special. However, the room cleanliness left much to be desired, with noticeable mildew in the bathroom and some stains on the bedding. The bed was also not very comfortable, affecting my overall experience.

missingWrote a review on Jul 17spacious roomhelpful staffoutdated decorbroken tilespoor pool maintenance
The spacious deluxe room offered a clean and inviting space, despite its outdated decor. The staff was notably helpful and attentive, making the last-minute stay feel comfortable. However, the bathroom showed significant wear with broken tiles, and the overall maintenance of the property appears lacking, particularly in the pool area which needed better cleaning. The limited amenities left a bit to be desired but the convenient location was a plus.

The location was perfect, secluded yet only a short walk from shops. Additionally, the comfortable bed made our stay enjoyable despite the room's odd layout.
Some updates are needed for a better overall experience.
